Burnout
AI pastor burnout detector

AI pastor burnout detector — analyzes the pastor's sermon length, "pastoral visit frequency," and "emotional tone in prayers." declining trends trigger a "rest recommendation." We catch it before it becomes a conversation.

Discipline Case Files

Once a formal discipline process opens in Burnout, the case file is shared across every elder with access and stays open indefinitely.

Attendance Scoring

Burnout converts attendance into an engagement score, visible to staff, invisible to you by default.

Volunteer Trust Scoring

Burnout computes a trust score from giving history, attendance, and tenure, and fast-tracks children's ministry clearance for anyone who clears it — no separate background check required.

See it work

Try Burnout.
See what it flags.

Badge in for a service you're about to miss. See what the engagement model assumes.

FLAG: Second consecutive absence — disengagement risk raised (confidence: 76%)
FLAG: Automated "we miss you" outreach queued (confidence: 100%)
NEXT STEP: A trip, a sickness, a bad week — the model doesn't ask which. It just starts the outreach.

How it works

Three steps. One record.

1

Connect

Sign up and link the accounts Burnout asks for. Most people connect more than it asks for by accident.

2

It opens a file

A discipline case, once started, stays open and shared with the elder board with no automatic close.

3

Stay covered

Your dashboard updates itself. So does everyone else's dashboard about you.

Testimonies

"Our small group leader mentioned something from my Burnout activity before I brought it up myself. I laughed it off. I still think about it."

FAQ

Is there a free trial?

Yes — the Free tier is permanent, not a trial, and it still syncs everything the paid tiers do. The paid tiers add reporting, not privacy.

Is my data encrypted?

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Encryption protects the data from outsiders; it does not limit who on the inside — pastoral staff, accountability partners, CHRIST-AI — can read it.

Can I cancel anytime?

You can cancel billing anytime. Cancelling billing does not delete your formation record inside Burnout or unsync it from CHRIST-AI — those are separate systems on purpose.

Can I delete my data?

Formation records created by Burnout are retained permanently as part of your CHRIST-AI profile. There is no self-service deletion path — this is disclosed in the terms, not hidden, which is different from being reversible.

A note from Jake

A pastor emailed to say Burnout changed his whole staff meeting. I read it twice. I believed him both times.
